1. Digital Goods Concept MovieMakerLab specializes in providing high-quality digital assets, video production tutorials, and technical guides. Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are considered final once the files have been downloaded or accessed.

2. Non-Refundable Items Because digital goods cannot be physically “returned,” we generally do not offer refunds or exchanges after a purchase is completed and the download link has been provided.

3. Exceptions for Refunds We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. We may issue a refund under the following specific circumstances:

• Non-Delivery of the Product: If you do not receive the delivery email or the download link is broken, and our support team cannot resolve the issue within 48 hours.
• Major Defects: Although all our products are thoroughly tested, unexpected errors may occur. If a file is completely corrupted and cannot be used, and we are unable to provide a working replacement.

4. How to Request a Refund If you believe your situation falls under our exceptions, please contact our support team at support@moviemakerlab.com within 7 days of your purchase. Please include your order number and a detailed explanation of the issue. Once a refund is approved by our team, it will be processed securely back to your original payment method.
